o To maximize volume and market share o Communicate company objectives and incorporate annual Sales and Marketing Plano Communicate & explain new national marketing programs and policies on regular basis to dealers and salesmeno Monitor and analyze dealer performance on a regular basis, review monthly/quarterly the progress towards the annual Sales and Marketing Plan o Execute territory visits as agreed with supervisor & submits field visit reportso Take proper action to ensure that sales related objectives are achieved and documentedo Address low performers and create SMART action plan for them. o Monitor and consult dealer financial resources and other KPIo Monitor & report fulfillment of the sales related dealer standards corresponding to the Primary Functions and Responsibilitieso Manage production orders for central stock, dealers, customers and pipelineo Actively manage proper network representation and Implement Escalation/Termination processes when necessaryo Fleet agenda (since 2010) - Identifying new fleet businesses opportunities- Managing dealer’s fleet activities, coordinating fleet events, new product launches- Identifying fleet training requirements, execution- Acquiring and negotiating with potential fleet customers- Preparing offers, competitive conditions, internal communication- Liaison with Key Accounts
