Responsible for providing the formal clinical and technical support during the sales process sustained in high level clinical research.

Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives. Product Sales Specialist clinical/technical and sales expert for assigned products, solutions/services, and able to differentiate product/solution/service offerings, convey compelling value propositions, lead the opportunity, qualify the customer needs, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions in order to successfully close increasingly complex clinical/technical/solution sales.Product/solutions knowledge in Mechanical Ventilation, Cardiac Output, Anesthesia, Hill Rom's Progresive Movility Program, Cardio Pulmonary Excersice Test, Lung Function. ICU.

Provide remote and on-site reactive service for mechanical ventilators systems, pulmonary function and CPET, anesthesia systems, vitals signs monitoring systems, maternal-infant care systems, located within hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities. Service primarily hardware and software system components. Additionally, participate in the installation and upgrades of these systems and secondarily execute a preventative maintenance program. Participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguring, and documentation of uncovered technical issues.
