As management team member and manager of mountain sports section, my main responsibilities are leading a team of salespersons to reach our sales targets and coordinating store employees' to ensure a seamless customer experience for our clients.I am responsible for forecasting our sales in the short and long term, managing our inventory and choosing the best lines of products accordingly, following up on my team's personal and professional development and ensuring that our employees are aligned with the company's vision and sales goals. It stands out as a new and disruptive way to interact with target audiences, becoming something for which companies strive for - the word of mouth propaganda.STRAIN is a digital recommendations platform aiming to give its community a cheaper way of living life by awarding them with discounts on the brands they help to promote. BeInfluence disrupts marketing by spreading its partners’ values while creating a native campaign with an European wide network of influencers through their own social media communities.As CM in Portugal I am responsible for leading our team and coordinating our tasks. Since we are in an early stage, these tasks are mainly acquiring new partnerships, create more campaigns, grow our influencers community and improve our data analysis resources.I was responsible for acquiring new partnerships and improving our data analysis resources, as well as developing a social media strategy to increase the influencer's community.

ESTIEM’s Businessbooster project’s main goal is to promote and stimulate the entrepreneurship attitude among students. Hence, several events such as trainings and competitions are organized each year, where both educational and networking aspects are fulfilled, in order to help young ESTIEM entrepreneurs build up their confidence for starting-up better and faster. The development of my activity centralizes on coordinating all Businessbooster’s events. As result, I have six hours per week of Skype calls in which I lead a team of several European members.

Since its foundation in 1990, ESTIEM (European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management) has maintained its primary focus on connecting industrial engineer students from all over Europe and providing them the most unique platform as of yet. From Ankara to Stockholm, ESTIEM has a network of 79 local groups, representing the association in their universities, within European countries, which function independently to provide local or international activities. I represented Porto’s Local Group and its events, by monitoring and motivating our sixty members in both their development and proactivity. In 2016, we organized four events with a total budget of 50 000€ and I attended to the Biannual General Assembly.

AGE-i-FEUP is a students organization for Industrial Engineering and Management students of the Engeneering Faculty of University of Porto.As board member of AGE-i-FEUP I was in charge of all the relations with international organizations and associations.

BUSHIDO Karate Zen is an association under the supervision of Vitor Silva – Karate Master. Teaches this martial art to people from 3 to 65 years old and the courses are adapted to both age and technic level of each student. I have been a Karate student for 17 years and I am currently a 3rd Dan Black Belt. As a teacher of students in the age range of 3 to 12, I was able to motivate them and understand their behavior in each class, in order to improve their physical and technical abilities, giving them the skill to control their mind and emotions and conducting them to self-improvement.
