SAP Project Manager- Leading and coordinating SAP projects and implementations

- Conducting feasibility analysis and testing for the development of enhancements and new portals, integrated with the Avature platform.- Optimizing collaboration between internal development teams and clients, by scoping development requirements, identifying obstacles, and estimating resources/timescales.- Advising on technical alternatives while creating or reviewing wire-frames to streamline the development workflow.

Project Manager SAP- SAP project management (construction of Fiori applications, on-demand support, dedicated support, adaptation of applications to mobile devices) ABAP, CPI, PI/PO, SFSF.- Daily contact with the customer and follow-up of their needs and requirements. - Administration and close monitoring of developer workgroups, motivating the members, resolving conflicts and taking care of the welfare of each of them.- Collaboration with functional staff in the interpretation of requirements and in the facilitation of solutions and/or meetings, in addition to the tracking of the internal Trello with all the details relevant to each project.- Detailed tracking of all phases of each project, considering deadlines, costs and quality in development.- Monitoring of internal tools such as Github , Trello and Jira.- Ensuring fluid communication at all necessary levels, including the client and its representatives in order to expedite the timing of deliverables and unlock possible stoppers/issues.- Estimating appropriate project timelines costs and resources.
