I am responsible for performance of Planning Team which consists of 8 persons. My responsibilities divides in two main areas:- Sales Planning in which all sales activities are planned, prepared for scheduling and broadcast, monitored and clients invoiced for.- Scheduling in which all planned activities are scheduled in playlists and prepared to broadcast.So everything related to TV Planning is my joy and everyday work. Main achievements:- Implemented Run by Station planning. MTG was first channel group to implement this in Lithuania.- Reorganized work of schedulers to cut long hours without additional investments in software and personnel.- Implemented TV viewers complaint e-form and procedures how to manage complaints.

My main task was to sell advertising airtime for potential customers. I organised sales visits, presented products, negotiated contracts, maintained and developed relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Cold callings to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business was one of priorities.In my every day duties for my client portfolio I was responsible for TV planning, producing spots, providing reports and ad monitoring. Nothing what was related to client was outside "my job description".

I was responsible for my clients portfolio. My tasks were - meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget, presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client, handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients, writing client reports, monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Media planning and reporting - these were main main tasks. I planned for all media channels (TV/Radio/Press/Outdoor), prepared reports, assisted with presentation creation.
