As a Shift Supervisor Engineer, I own the responsibility to manage my team's human resources by allocating their time and effort so that we can achieve our production objectives. An amazing experience that allowed me to mix two areas that inspire me: Education and Sports. I have learned general technical tennis skills and how to plan daily practices. Also, I had to learn how to deal with children and their parents.

In these 6 months, I was responsible for the customer service in the section of sofas, tv & media furniture, side tables, living room storage, lightning and small storage. I was also responsible for the stock reposition on the shelves. This experience allowed me to improve my communication skills, stress resilience and, now, I have a better understanding.

Palmela

In this 3 month internship in Continental-Lemmerz factory floor (inside Volkwagen Autoeuropa in Palmela, Portugal), I standardized maintenance procedures, designed a number of parts that improved the assembly line and reached different metallurgical suppliers in order to build them and wrote an extensive report of the locker room's deteriorated conditions.

Amadora

This experience developed my communication skills and made me more disciplined since the monitors team where I was included had about 40 children on their responsibility (aproximately 10 children from the age of 6 to 16 per monitor)
