NordPass is a young but rapidly growing password manager. As a leader of a full-stack product team, I guided the entire product development lifecycle, successfully creating "Web Vault" – a browser-based version of NordPass. This innovation enabled users to access NordPass seamlessly in their browsers, and further, we expanded on this solution to build a standalone extension. These developments significantly contributed to growing our user base and increasing user activation.

Betsson Group is one of the most prominent iGaming (online gambling) companies in the world managing 30+ brands.RaceBets is one of the most prominent horse racing bookmakers in the industry particularly in the German market. The platform provides one of the widest selections of horse racing bets, statistics, and live streams amongst the other bookmakers. - As a Product Owner at RaceBets I oversaw a team of 12.- Managed the preparation of a whitelabel solution and managed the integration of it into multiple Betsson brands.- I managed complex API integrations, and oversaw various streaming provider integrations. - Built betting games and tools to enhance user retention. - Additionally, I played a key role in integrating payment and fraud detection systems.- I initiated and led the comprehensive redesign of the RaceBets website.- My responsibilities also included gathering business requirements, writing user stories, planning product releases, monitoring features post-deployment, and maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders and management.

iBus Media (currently known as ‘oddschecker Global Media’) is a well-recognized affiliate marketing company in the iGaming (online gambling) sector with PokerNews being the most successful brand in the company’s portfolio. The company also operates in online casino, sports betting, daily fantasy sports, and other verticals.- I oversaw a full-stack team at PokerNew.- I oversaw the development of a network of websites translated into 32 languages. - My role included addressing affiliate marketing needs through the development of a sophisticated tracker solution.- Managed and implemented an advanced ad management system which allowed us to optimize incoming traffic monetization.- I also worked on diverse CMS and website solutions, facilitating global reporting on live poker events for numerous reporters worldwide.- Planned and oversaw the development of various affiliate websites from the idea phase to the product launch.
