This was my short experience coming back to previous incoming tourism sector I knew so well and getting some more tips&trick for my future plans working with the group series and FITs as well as exhibitions.

- Preparing venue for events. - Supporting daily operations of the venue events and rental facilities.- Setting up and breakdown of tables, chairs and other rented resources.- Performing pre and post event clean ups for rental facilities.- Providing proper inventory management including keeping accurate counts, ensuring repairs of broken items, ordering and replacing as necessary. - Pay special attention to detail and safety in the workplace.

- Representing company at international tourism fairs (WTM London, COTTM Beijing, China, BIT Milan, Italy and others);- Conference planning and organization (2007 European Citizens' Consultations, Millennium Development Goals); - Developed tourism strategies and enabled promotion of local tourism; - Analyzed market and prepared services and products to attract more tourists to assigned area;- Managed budgets and ensured its effective use;- Developed effective tourism products; - Managed tourists coming to area and guided in all tourist attractions throughout the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and event further to Finland); - Miscelanous tasks from updating company’s web-site to answering tourist queries.
