I prepared and implemented marketing and sales support for the dealers´ network for Texas Instruments laptop products. With a relatively small group of people we managed to multiply sales until Texas Instruments sold the laptop division to Acer in 1997.
I was at the head of the branch office and supervised its progress. I built a stable client base and dealers’ network and the branch became one of the three most successful in the company. During that time important commissions for tens of millions of Czech crowns were executed.
