• Project management from the initial brief to the delivery, working with multiple projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines;• key account management;• working closely with creative, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams (including key industry players) to achieve the highest level of customer service;• internal business process (including pre-sale) reengineering and execution, improvement of CRM system (Salesforce);• project pricing calculations and quotations; budget planning;• report creation, dashboard set up, internal meeting leading, and accountability to stakeholders.

• Tracking and monitoring the progress of projects, communicating information to the clients and project team;• creating and maintaining good client relationships;• liaising with current B2B clients regarding their existing and potential projects and/or orders; • handling of complaints and complex situations;• preparation and management of company processes;• preparation for and attending industry trade shows and meetings with existing or potential clients.

• Preparation of RFQ;• negotiating and conducting multiple tenders to deliver cost-savings for the business and clients;• managing day-to-day purchasing activities, dealing with any supply chain issues that arise, usually working within tight deadlines;• arranging logistics from factories overseas to UK clients;• reviewing technical specifications for products;• e-commerce management, forecasting upcoming demand, and analysis of stock levels in the warehouse.

• First point of contact for incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and complaints;• creating processes for order tracking, designs, and production;• keeping up to date with all relevant project documentation;• creation of critical paths and following up with other team members;• processing bills, POs, expenses, and receipts for all business transactions;• collection and analysis of industry information;• minute taking during meetings.
