Avdelningschef som tillsammans med hotellchefen utvecklade våra rutiner & processer, samt uppföljning av dessa för att säkerställa högsta möjliga servicenivå hos reception och housekeeping. Under min tid i den här positionen så jobbade jag aktivt med att etablera och kontraktera flertalet nya företagskunder, samt att löpande sköta fakturering för dessa, vilket har resulterat i återkommande affärstillfällen och försäljning för hotellet. En annan viktig del i mitt arbete bestod av digital mappning av hotellets utbud gentemot våra partnering reseagenturer, för att möjliggöra automatiska bokningsprocesser och betalningar. Även här så har jag producerat nya kontrakt med reseagenter både i Sverige och utomlands. Övriga arbetsuppgifter: schemaläggning, försäljning av konferenspaket och gruppbokningar, samt upplärning av nya medarbetare.

Responsible for guaranteeing the highest possible service delivery process. Also in charge of putting together banquets and private events for up to 250 attendees, which were tailored to meet the individual needs and desires of each client. This included the coordination of all the necessary infrastructure, scheduling of staff, ordering of food & beverage products together with the Chef de Cuisine, and most importantly the oversight and execution of the events. Other major tasks included inventory management and the reporting of the associated costs to the Financial Controller.
