Worked in g3p consulting, a Consulting Firm providing Process Oriented Maintenance Organization Services, with a strong orientation in the field of Asset Management (ISO 55000).Worked on international projects with a strong component on Maintenance Organization and Best Practices, preparing and reviewing the training material to be used by the maintenance personnel and also performing maintenance processes assessments.Worked with Johnson & Johnson supporting the implementation of the eCMMS program throughout the world - various sites on USA, Canada, Brazil, Israel among others.The work performed was primarily reviewing the site's maintenance processes workflows against J&J best practices (defined on the ME2 programme) and supporting the change from the local CMMS to the Enterprise CMMS (MAXIMO), guarantying that the best practices were reflected on the workflows implemented on the eCMMS application and on the way it was used, keeping in consideration the local specificity of each site. During the time in LEMAC was responsible for providing technical assistance to industrial companies, trying to solve problems related to the design of products and processes. Among the areas of competence, the following can be pointed out:-the analysis and design of mechanical equipment and steel structures using rigorous methodologies, which includes computer aided design (CAD), analysis of stresses and deformations by finite element optimization ("design optimization") and analysis of the fatigue life.
