The main contact point for the official authorities (ČNB, FAÚ), courts and auditors (internal and statutory). Dealing with sales issues (investment brokers and clients), business development, complaints, court proceedings, AML, AIFMD, UCITS or GDPR queries and corporate governance (SPVs management). Managing external legal advisors and their costs while meeting budget requirements.
