Building and leading a new corporate division focused on developing PV power plants and battery systems, primarily for commercial clients. Establishing a "startup within a corporation" by: - Recruiting and growing a skilled team (currently five members). - Implementing effective project management tools and processes. - Setting up streamlined project workflows and documentation standards.Defining the division's strategy, product offerings, and business direction. Establishing business partnerships and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs). Driving business development and overseeing project execution, including project management, permitting, and technical aspects. Managing team performance and ensuring the division meets its strategic goals.

Managing and developing a real estate portfolio valued at approximately 500 million CZK, consisting of residential buildings and land. Overseeing all aspects of the portfolio, including project management, financial planning, sales strategies, technical assessments, and marketing. Developing strategic plans for assets under management, including decisions on holding, selling, renting, or developing properties, with quarterly reviews of schedules and budgets. Leading a multidisciplinary team of 5-7 specialized managers across development, finance, sales, and facility management for each project. Defining the scope of development projects, reviewing project documentation, and monitoring permit processes and construction progress to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets. Managing transactions for both acquisitions and divestments, from the Letter of Intent (LOI) stage through to closing.

Legal counsel of fund management company (4 funds of qualified investors with their subfunds focused on Real Estate, Green energy, Stocks and Retail loans). Leading legal team consisting of 2-3 lawyers. Providing general legal advice to all fund managers and board members. Fully responsible for commercial deal negotiation support including transactions, financing and insolvency. Being responsible for the compliance of all activities of the fund with generally binding legal regulations and internal rules. The main contact point for the official authorities (ČNB, FAÚ), courts and auditors (internal and statutory). Dealing with sales issues (investment brokers and clients), business development, complaints, court proceedings, AML, AIFMD, UCITS or GDPR queries and corporate governance (SPVs management). Managing external legal advisors and their costs while meeting budget requirements.

Part of Skanska Commercial Development Europe (located in Prague) providing legal support to all members of the Czech project teams (negotiating and drafting contracts, easements, leases etc.). Cooperating on the acquisition of new projects (lands), divestments of completed buildings and permitting procedures. Managing SPVs and actively participating in the whole group tasks (e.g. reporting, audits). Leading small team (4 members) implementing GDPR in the Czech Republic and in the whole CEE region (Poland, Hungary and Romania). Closely connected to the business activities and negotiation.
