As we have performed penetration tests, there was increasing demand from our clients to help them systematically fix their systems, infrastructure and security architecture. I was given the responsibility to create the blue team which will provide services to our clients such as:- incident response- analysis, recommendation and implementation of security principles- systems hardening- vulnerability management- implementation of SIEM, EDR and AV solutions and creating security suggestions to mitigate threatsCurrently, I am responsible for the blue team, its entire operations and projects. This also includes hiring new colleagues, teaching and mentoring them. Apart from the blue team, I'm in charge of offensive security professionals, mainly in Slovakia.Our main focus is to provide elite security services in both offensive and defensive perspectives to our clients.Do we find anyone that withstand our red team operation? At Unicorn I quickly jumped on board to discover a different approach to projects, working with different clients and having other experiences. From start, I was involved in a lot of projects helping to keep up with the large demand for our services. I immediately started to create offers for clients, doing penetration tests and was a core member for a few clients as I knew their application and system design.I was part of a few red team operations focused on testing external perimeter - web applications and infrastructure.I have conducted numerous technical interviews to identify and evaluate candidates for various technical roles. Additionally, I have taken on the role of mentor for junior colleagues, providing guidance and support as they navigate their first steps in the industry.

As an ethical hacker, I started as a Junior penetration tester and quickly gained the knowledge needed to become a Senior penetration tester.I was doing penetration tests for our clients and helping them identify and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities in networks and systems. After finding security vulnerabilities, I wrote every detail of performed penetration test and found a vulnerability in the final report along with recommendation on how to fix it and what to do in future to prevent it.As one of the core members, I was part of and led the red team operation where we used phishing, vishing, external and internal network hacking, physical breach, OSINT and access card cloning.Also, I was helping clients with resolving complex security incidents if there was a breach or any security-related attack on their employees or systems.I loved to do any kind of presentation - from small audiences to big local conferences and to audiences ranging from IT security employees to board level. That was also tightly connected to communication with clients during projects. As a senior penetration tester, I was responsible for the required cooperation from a client, looking for the scope of the project and ensuring we tested everything at the desired quality.My other responsibilities in Citadelo were:- doing technical interviews with candidates- teaching junior penetration testers and good candidates in our private mentoring program- teaching employees best security practices with examples- preparing offers and project estimation

As a freelance software developer, I was involved in a wide range of projects, ranging from small presentation websites to complex applications. My responsibilities included database design, application architecture, programming and security design and testing. I enjoyed the challenge of working on diverse projects and using my skills and knowledge to create innovative solutions for my clients. I took pride in delivering high-quality, reliable software that met the needs of my clients and contributed to the success of their businesses.

I was responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all day-to-day IT tasks. My role included monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure during concerts, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arose and implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime.My other responsibilities were:- implementation and support for Linux servers and Windows workstations- administration of LAN, WAN and all information systems (Linux servers with various services)- IT consultancy and troubleshooting for employees
