Following my passion for the entertainment industry further and being encouraged by the success of Edna.cz, I launched a new website focused on movies and online streaming services (Netflix, HBO, iTunes, Amazon Prime, Google Play). Over the last three years, I have been working on its business, content, campaign, and partnership development. Filmtoro now boasts 500.000 users per month and expanded to other European markets (Slovakia, Poland, Netherlands) as well! Great traction, great team!

I was always open to external consultancy over the years. And that's why I worked as a freelance product and marketing consultant for several companies. I helped LMC and Jobs.cz to launch new products for small and medium companies. I advised Alza.cz on how to build an e-commerce magazine. For Apify I worked as an international growth-hacker. It was great to help other brands as well - Mladá Fronta - always an honor to work with the best professionals!

There was a lot of search marketing experts in H1.cz already in year 2011. But who will lead them? I was hired as a director for team of 40 people and the goal was simple: make them better. Better with client communication. Better with KPI. Better with time management. I taught them management skills, they taught me search engine optimisation, search engine marketing and social media marketing. We also started our own content and social team - and worked with top Czech clients and some international clients. The main focus was on data-driven and performance-drive website and content development and content distribution via social media platforms. This ride was amazing.

There was in idea. Launch a fandom website called Edna about TV shows. In that time there were only few of them - Lost, Prison Break, 24. But the history changed and in few years, we were able to serve the best content for all TV fans and. Edna quickly started picking up and gaining popularity, and I led its business and marketing development for six years until the website has been acquired by the one of the biggest Czech media group – Mlada Fronta – in 2014. Edna boasts 200.000 visits a day and almost 50.000 fans on Facebook. The story goes on a on...

There's time for big corporations and there's time for small companies. I accepted the offer for real estate startup Bezrealitky.cz which was launching new products from scratch for the biggest clients. Massive campaign is about to launch. We needed to build marketing strategy and brand awareness, we needed to complete the creativity and we needed work fast & smart. After few months, small startup was fully incorporated into international e-commerce giant Allegro. Other teams from CEE - Poland, Hungary and Romania - were thrilled to work with us and we were thrilled to work with them.

Get the work offer from the biggest czech website Seznam.cz, is the offer you can not refuse. In Seznam.cz I started with company listing website, then I moved to classifieds. We formed the product group around real estate, travel and cars. Integrated with marketing and business people, we built this state-of-the art websites, we prepared great go-to-the-market campaings and then we launched several new brands just in few months. And this group is making 30 milions euros per year! This was rollercoaster from the start to the end.

The main revenue stream of Volny.cz was dial-up and other telco products. But you need entertainment and fun stuff for your customers. There is already some good stuff, but the need for new content and business is all time high. How it went? Customer engagment rate was going up and business with media agencies was racing!

It's 2001, I just graduated and I wanted to write about movies. With friend we started movie magazine called FilmPub. Just after few months, we were acquired by Atlas.cz, then the second biggest Czech website. I became the part of Atlas.cz team and through years I worked through the company to one of the highest positions. I started writing about movies, then I was managing several content departments with focus on entertainment, show business, news and many many more. There was a team of 30 people and with only small resources, we were able to build excellent products and websites. This was the College of Entrepreneurial Spirit.
