Taking complex motion control further, spreading the knowledge about the studio and attract new business was my core responsibility at Stiller Studios. I got the opportunity to travel the world to educate potential clients and I worked closely with the software/hardware suppliers The Foundry, Autodesk and Mark Roberts to streamline the production workflow for VFX. The attraction mainly reached new clients in Sweden, Germany, the UK, Spain, Italy and the US. Productions where I ended up splitting my role as VFX Director, producer and 1AD - quoting full productions, support and supervise pre-production VFX for post and be responsible for the entire shoots.

When shooting for visual effects it is essential to understand the strengths of when visual effects is needed in a production. A visual effects production has different needs than a traditional in-camera film production. At Stiller Studios we have broken traditional hierarchies to benefit the needs of how moving media is shot when relying on vfx. My role is a combination of producing, directing and supervising visual effects. It contains r'n'd and look development for in house projects, placing motions of how the shoot work flow can be improved, consult clients in how to be as cost sufficient as possible, create cost quotes for potential projects and guiding the crew on set, that has traditionally been the role of the first assistant director. By using my international network that I have built over the years, I also have a part in new biz, to bring international work into the studio. During my first time around at Stiller Studios I started off as a trainee and worked my way up to the position of Lead Compositor. I was responsible for compositing, 3D camera mapping and camera tracking.The in-house studio, with the motion control rig "Cyclops", meant I gained considerable experience with camera crews, directors, colourists, and workflow/IT technicians. I was responsible from pre-production of visual effects, vfx on set to pot-production on mainly commercials work. I supervised new trainees, charging them with various tasks for different projects.
