Since 2008 worked as a consultant in CEE, SEE and CIS regions focusing on Credit Risk and Retail Sales topics in the banking sector with an overreach to telecommunications.Gradually moved from the positions of an Associate to Senior Expert, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner.As a junior and senior consultant, Tomas implemented new, or modified standing, processes. Work included the full cycle of gap identification, sizing of opportunities, conceptualization, and design of changes to implementation and management of launch and stabilization of the improvements.After earning MBA in 2013, the focus moved to improvements in managerial functions such as goal setting, people management and motivation, efficiency monitoring, Lean Six Sigma, organizational of processes and structures, resource management and control.Before becoming a consultant, Tomas worked since 2003 as IT/ICS in Saint Louis. Managed network of approximately 1000 users with broadband Internet access, VoIP access and cable TV. Also, managed interrelated companies, their equipment and servers (including small ICS development, web coding, DB administration, maintenance ticketing system, communication – E-mail server, mobile phones, but also maintenance of ERP system Yardi, SharePoint for file sharing, as well as all the related hardware).
