I always try to create an environment that encourages collaboration and team problem-solving.I have been developing my professional career by attending different training courses, widening my knowledge and embracing new IT ideas. It was one of the first projects in OPL led in Agile Software Development methodology.In this project, not only was the investment acceptance process automated, but also the planning/ spending financial process for all project managers. In the following years I was given wider responsibility and eventually I became the head of the commutation department at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. with a team of about 100 people reporting to me. During these years, the major task I was responsible for, It was the replacement of the old analog telephone exchanges and teletransmission systems with digital ones and the creation of a local operational management center for digital exchanges.At the end I also worked as the head of the maintenance department and I was responsible for the creation of Operational Dispatcher Unit to start working with the first trouble ticketing system in TP S.A.
