Main duties: Organization of production process in new plant’s location (Greenfield); Planning, managing and supervision of production process; Supervision, managing, counseling and motivation of team of employees (6 Group Leaders, c.a. 100 direct employees); Scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities; Tracking, analyzing and reporting to the Board production, financial and quality KPIs; Report and assist in resolving any process and/or equipment problems; Taking part in setting up of new products and processes; Responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping standards; Promoting of Lean Manufacturing ideas.

Main duties: preparing and taking part in process of moving company into new organization (new owner); setting-up and re-starting production processes in a new organization (new ERP software, new IT environment and equipment, new rules and way of working); supervision of day-to-day activities of Production Department; responsibility for factory’s safety and environmental compliance programs; responsibility for maintenance and facility management.

Main duties: re-organization of production process (process flow, line balance); preparation of process documentation and its’ implementation; setting up working stations (preparing layout, equipment, ensuring ergonomics); planning and organization of production process’ transfer to the new location (new built factory) - new layout preparation, designing of utilities’ e.g. power source, pressured air, supervision of physical transfer of the machines and equipment.

Main duties: management of the team of employees (production and office); organization and control of production processes (material flow); organization and management of production reporting process; production processes control in SAP system (key user of PP Module); planning and control of Production Department budget; monitoring of production orders’ fulfillment and deliveries of production’s sub-materials.

Main duties: management of the team of quality/ process engineers; organization of production processes of finished product from quality point of view, short and long-term quality action plans preparation.

Main duties: organization and launch of first production in newly createdfactory; setting up new processes: (process flow – according to LeanManufacturing rules, production line balance, re-modeling,improvements, optimization); production process control (qualitystandards, documentation); quality control of finish goods and semiproductsin production process; process’ documentation supervision andcontrol; instruction’s preparation.
