I joined Polenergia's offshore wind team. The technical challenges and cooperation with key stakeholders on three major projects are a platform for professional satisfaction for me. Two of them - the ESP Żarnowiec Pumped-Storage Power Plant and the ESP Porąbka–Żar Pumped-Storage Power Plant are the largest facilities of this kind in Poland.I have carried out onshore and offshore wind farms projects, as well as the construction of photovoltaic farms. I managed a team for mergers and acquisitions in the field of acquisition of renewable energy generating assets of the Energa concern and collection from the wind farm developer Pelplin and Żuromin.Initiating and implementing projects of ERP class systems, including SAP. As a project manager, I ran a property management system based on the PAS 55 standard in the business line of renewable energy and distribution (medium and low voltage grid assets).
