Product Owner of Resource and Service Catalog systems.Resource Catalog is a system used for modeling, managing, and publishing a model that describes telecommunication physical and logical world of resources. E.g. system supports modeling of the following resource inventory domains: NFV, RAN, MFC, Physical, and Transport in a generic (domain-agnostic way) which means that introduction of the another resource inventory domain is a matter of configuration, not implementation.Service Catalog is a system that has functions similar to Resource Catalog but it is used to play with Services. Those applications are integrated which allows modeling of Services (CFS and RFS according to TM Forum) together with Resources in a very convenient way (that realizes a great part of the SID proposed by TM Forum). Responsibilities:- managing Resource and Service Catalog system backlogs,- collecting & analyzing requirements from stakeholders, confronting the long-term vision of the product, and finally planning requirements on the product roadmap- reporting the status to the management,- architect of the product is also my role, which means that each function needs to be analyzed and solved in an architectonic way- defining the scope for 3 development teamsMy role is being the Architect as well, responsibilities:- the architectonic project of solution- finding out new technologies/visions/approaches that suit the considered task- keeping architecture clean in the context of the whole OSS solution by participating in the central competence team- defining technical and business contracts - syntax/semantic (contract first approach) to assure business requirements and backward compatibilities- maintaining the architecture of the OSS solution because Resource Catalog is the data source for the whole solution- making sure that every architecture change is doable and worth to be introduced, validating it against the business expectations- maintaining the technological stack

After a couple of years of experiencing the product development and being in near communication with customers, I decided to use it for productizing the software.My duties were:- separating generic/product functions from the project ones, planning the refactoring of the code to make the product really product that is project's extendable instead of the product that is full of project flavors that don't suit all customers- analyzing the stakeholder's requirements and considering if it should be part of the product or it is customer specific requirement that should be realized in the project layer- technical decomposition of the requirements that could be passed to the developer's teams- active development of the softwareSimilarly to the duties that I had in the previous role I was responsible for the technical and architectonic aspects of solutions and software development at the same time.

I worked as the deployment leader and implementation team leader. I was responsible for the whole project implementation process of the system as well as a team that makes implementation activities. My team was built of 7 people ( programmers and testers). My team worked with an agile approach. My duties included:- collecting requirements and translating them into technical language- responsibility for system delivery- leading the implementation team: planning sprints, daily meetings, and work division.Analysis of the OSS system was made for the NGENA consortium (adherents: T-Systems, Cisco, others). The scope of analysis included integration with 3rd party (northern and southern) systems, fulfillment process, user management, and many more. The rest of the time I spent on the R&D work.
