Over 16 years of experience in data processing and analytic team building, combination and adaptation.In 1998 joined data processing team at SMG/KRC Poland-Media (currently Kantar Millward Brown), leading market research agency in Poland, starting from assistant position achieved managerial post within about 2 years. Continues development of the department over the next years. In 2008 moved to Ipsos to successfully rebuilt Data Processing Department after group transition of DP specialists to the competitive agency.In 2013 joined IIBR, the leader of online research in Poland. After IQS's acquisition of IIBR he has been nominated the head of combined teams and became responsible for unification of tools and procedures.In managerial work he is focused on creating supportive environment coherent with goals, processes and the team characteristic.Key Achievements:• Rebuilding the data processing team at Ipsos after 70% of experienced staff moved to the competitive agency. Retaining key team members. Sustaining continues support for the research teams in the company. The department was fully operational after four weeks.• After companies acquisition (Synovate by Ipsos in 2011 and IIBR by IQS in 2014) integration of data processing departments ensuring business continuity and development according to the dynamically changing market requirements.• Implementation and optimisation of data processing tools and procedures, data analyse and visualisation, incl.: - development and implementation of integrated analytical environment based on SPSS using external macros and programmes (VBA, Delphi) - introduction of Tableau as visualisation platform for the market research data
