I am a creative psychologist by education. Since 2011, I have been working as a trainer of business competence development in the field of team building, innovation design, creative leadership and problem solving. At Ideas Generator I help people to find inspiration for new ideas and to sustain motivation while implementing them. • Facilitated over 800 days of creativity and Design Thinking workshops for corporate clients. • Implemented 6 “Climate for Creativity” projects for corporate clients that resulted in generation of over 6000 ideas in total (in 12 months) for new products, services, processes or improvements.• Coached over 50 senior managers around the topics of new business development, effective teamwork and team management (in the context of young generation of employees).• Designed, implemented and validated a creative problem solving style questionnaire.• Facilitated over 1000 days of strategic workshops with use of tailor-designed tools for creative problem solving.• Worked with over 100 teams on building the team identity, culture and sense of belongingness.

Responsible for design and delivery of innovative approach to competence development for Clariant employees. Together with the team of 5 trainers we focused around creating a competence development process that replaced standard trainings (classical approach). We designed the project using a Service design approach as we wanted the final solution to be tailored to needs and expectations of middle-level management and employees who take part in the workshops.

Within this project students took part in a 6 month classes that aimed on developing their creative thinking skills. Responsibilities:• Acquiring primary, secondary and high schools into the creativity development project.• Organization and leading of creative thinking workshops. • Building from scratch all the training programs in the field of creativity that are suited to the needs of the participants and at the same time are with accordance to proven psychological theories, methodologies, tools.
