I am responsible for delivering the best IT solutions to the global Clients, taking into account their needs and requirements. Also, I focus on strengthening the existing relationship with the Clients, as well as creating new ones. As a Team Leader, I cooperate with incredible people to achieve the above goals.Nobody said it is going to be easy, but fortunately easiness is not among my objectives 😉

Continuing my adventure with IT recruitment.

- IT and engineering staff recruitment;- performing search and selection activities in IT projects (Direct Search);- identifying potential candidate sources;- matching candidates to suitable jobs;- running competence based interview;- maintaining good contact with candidates throughout the process;- managing candidates database;- writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards;- headhunting.

- Taking orders for container transports from the clients;- Contacting hauliers to check the possibilities for the certain transport;- Supervising current transports: checking where the driver is or within what time will be at the place of loading/unloading, terminal or generally speaking at his/her destination;- Informing the clients up-to-date about their haulages;- Controlling mails: checking current internal cases (confirmations of the invoices, checking documentation related to transports etc.), making quotations for the clients;- Organizing all documents which are necessary to arrange the transport: sending orders to hauliers, making notifications of the drivers in harbours, terminals or warehouses;- Preparing and delivering documents to the authorities (WIJHARS, SANEPID etc.) regarding imported goods in containers; in case of an inspection in harbour - taking part in it by myself;- Cooperation with the custom agencies;- Controlling the circulation of the internal documents as well as computer files.

- Calling to the companies and selling them advertisements on the Internet;- Filling in whole documentation regards to the sold advert, as well as constant contact with the clients.

- Controlling the quality of the glass;- Controlling the quality and cleanliness of the spacers and sticking them to the glass;- Operating machines which take part in the process of the production of glazing units;- Filling in documentation regarding the production.
