Position: Team Lead • Assigned and delegated approx. 150 associates on department to support workflow and to achieve daily production goals• Cooperate with Area Managers/Process Guide and resolving department/associates issue’s• Dealing with HR/associates, daily issue (shift changes, absent, conversion for full time associates etc.) • Successfully run the shift with the vast majority of the team being seasonal associates• Making sure available customer orders are done before time and keep customer promises every day• Keeping dwell time shipments on right level• Coached/trained people on pack/slam(shipment label apply manifest) /problem solve• Giving advice people with less experience (work and safety related)

• Check collate settings for all process on department• Setting up the shift on estimate of headcount and keep right balance between processes• Changed the way the associates are designated into separate tasks • Make sure available customer promises are done before time• Monitor transshipment and assign sufficient associates to pick all before sent time• Updating flow tracker/control our productivity• Performed 5S audit/checking area from safety and quality perspective • Dive deep time on task and idle issue
