Responsible for: venture building, strategic projects and business development in Cyfrowy Polsat Group’s companies.

- Creating new revenue points - initiating and implementing new projects e.g.: Digital Home services and protection solutions, monitoring of fleet vehicles and people as a services, insurance applications, Telecere, Educational Gaming, Cognitive multimedia analytics and smart ads, VAS projects and Mobile Apps, Real-time engagement through second screen- Supporting subsidiary CPG companies - business development and providing innovative solutions to build and develop a competitive advantage in the market- Market monitoring and active acquiring of business partners, including: * cooperation with big partners, startups, Government units, * developing optimal new business models for value added service * preparing recommendations with potential of new project investments - Designing, imlementing and developing the PMO-Strategic project management within CP's companies, e.g.* commercial launch of pay TV service based on DVB-T technology (paid radio and TV channels)* commercial launch, and biweekly publishing and delivering free TV newspaper for CP's subscribers (3.5 million households)* business processes mapping and improving the company's processes (Financial and Logistic Departments);

- project management consulting in all client projects: * support in running and developing PMO; * running and monitoring projects; * PMI® methodology supervision in strategic projects and improvement projects of whole phases; * elaborating and implementing the improvements worked out during project management procedures audit.

- supervising workers and caring of their safety;- solving subcontractor’s organizing problems on the building site- working with project schedule;- administration of building equipment and staff working time.
