The next stage in my professional career has begun as part of the development of the Center of Competence (CoC) within CPW. With a strong background in global project management and successfully implementing centralized services for product packaging development and data management, I am now focused on automating processes and reports, and replacing repetitive office activities with RPA-based solutions.Together with my dedicated team, we have successfully introduced solutions using Python programming language, SAP Scripts, and Power Automate, resulting in significant time savings and increased efficiency. The project pipeline indicates even greater opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of various processes, which fuels my motivation.Drawing from my experience as a Leader of the Focused Improvement Pillar in the Supply Chain and for local factories, I am adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective actions. Currently, my focus lies in automating activities triggered by deviations in measures, as well as streamlining the daily activities of SNP and MPS Planners in the SAP system and related systems.The achievements thus far in managing packaging processes, resulting in an 82% increase in efficiency and exceptional market evaluations (meeting all SLA arrangements), have paved the way for similar successes in other areas, including Operations, Finance, R&D, and Purchasing. I am thrilled by the immense opportunities presented by business process automation. I firmly believe that leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, neural networks, and advanced algorithms will significantly improve processes and enhance the overall work experience.I am excited to contribute to the ongoing development of the CoC and to drive transformative change within CPW.
