- Co-responsible for month-end / year-end US GAAP reporting process for selected business units from EMEA - Preparation and control of monthly P&L reports - P&L and BS variance analysis, providing regular commentaries - Work with shared service centre, outsourced providers and client teams to ensure all financial statements positions are reported in line with accounting policies- estimating accruals- Invoices approval workflow- Payments approval and bank related functions- Monthly SOX checklist - Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors/inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports - Billed and unbilled AR monitoring- Preparing, reviewing and approval of journal entries, accounts reconciliations- Preparation of statutory financial statements (IFRS/Local GAAP) and statistical requests- Main contact point for external auditors - Cooperating with tax advisors ensuring tax compliance, including tax inspections- Participation in VAT and CIT reporting, ensuring completeness and correctness

- audit and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with PAR and IFRS/IAS, other local GAAP- audit and review group reporting packages prepared in accordance with group reporting policies- scoping, planning and risk assessment, execution and concluding- developing professional working relationships with client's key personnel- leading of an audit team consisting of up to 5 people, supervising and quality assurance- ensuring internal controls effectivness - providing assurance services other than audits and reviews- attending in sales meetings and responsibility for budget - preparing and improving internal templates of audit documentation- organizing and leading trainings related to accounting and audit methodology
