DeLaval International - world leader specializes in milking systems, equipment and products for agricultural industry. As a production engineer, I was responsible for developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards for Rotary products such as PR 2100, AMR.

As a production engineer I was responsible for assisting with project management, engineering support and the direction of manufacturing activities to support the development and commercialization of new products, line extensions and sustaining engineering. As a welding engineer I was responsible for leading new manufacturing technology projects, championing best practices and the standardization process for welding. This position also included support to all areas where technology expertise is required.

As a process engineer (CNC machines - lathe, oxygen/plasma cuting) I was responsible for improvements in process control, product quality, and overall manufacturing process improvements. This role is responsible for safely and effectively providing engineering support to ensure that all safety, maintenance and capital project goals are met. The role will also develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and then evaluating production to drive product improvement, process improvement, and cost reduction. Also, I trained new operators for these machines.

The main activity of the company Kamex Sp. o.o. is the production of high-quality racks and hydraulic cylinders, above all for the mining industry but also other industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, automotive, metallurgy. Here, I took my first steps in manufacturing field. At the beginning, as a lathe operator, then as a programer.
