I'm a manager-lawyer with a specialization in the restructuring process. I have expanded my studies in the field of economics, management, and business valuation. I'm entered on the list of restructuring advisors. At the beginning of my professional career, I worked for small and medium-sized companies. In the first projects, I concentrated on separating activities and improving their effectiveness according to shareholders or board decisions. The last project is enormous because it concerns the largest mining company in the European Union, Polish Mining Group, which employs more than 36 thousand workers. Across the last years, I have improved four very vital projects. We launched business financing lines worth over EUR 500 million and next over EUR 700 million as investment capital. The next stage of company improvement was digitalization purchase, sales, and product assets management. We sell over 23 million tons of coal every year worth more or less over EUR 3 billion. In this project, we avoided mistakes and fraud beyond accelerating sales processes. Every day we cooperate with the largest mining equipment producers and smaller companies. For our staff, we launched a very efficient and significant benefit program. In 2019 we bought many products, with a total of EUR 20 million in discounts. The essence of my work for the Polish Minning Group is also adjusting the company's size to the requirements of climate policy. The Green Deal's climate policy comes down to decarbonization and the elimination of fossil fuels from the energy mix, that's why I have prepared an action plan which is consists of three elements: adapting production to market needs, preparation of a support program for the transition process and social agreement, and preparing legal and market mechanisms to invest in post-mining areas.Participation in meetings between trade unions, the Ministry of State Assets and the representatives of mining sector, resulted in achieving the social agreement regarding the restructuring of the hard coal mining industry in Poland. I had a significant share in the working group for the preparation and submission of a notification application, filed to the European Commission. My hard job taught me the two most important things. First of all, how much critical role plays good strategy and consistent implementation. Second, how vital role plays use the language of benefits inside very emotional negotiations.Since 2018 I had been a President of the European Coal and Lignite Association EURACOAL and now I am a Senior Vice President of the EURACOAL.
