My responsibilities included: strategic planning of work, activities and projects in a local chapter; decisions making for a local chapter of 130 members; financial and legal management; external and internal representation of organization on a regional, national and international level as well as communication/cooperation with Krakow’s business sector.

Working as a Head of Global Volunteer Program gave me an opportunity to coordinate a volunteering program for our participants. Together with 5 team leaders and over 25 team members, we have been working on promoting our international opportunities to students (media relations, working with students organizations, NGOs, universities); recruitment activities (face to face interviews, relationship management).
