Main duties:- Establishing and implementing the company’s HSE policy, procedures and tools - Managing QHSE- issues at the company’s projects, cooperation and assistance towards clients regarding QHSE- Representing the company during customer meetings related to HSE and Quality issues- Performing risk assessments and safe work analyses on projects- Developing and leading trainings for employees- Representing the company on the market:

Main duties:- Providing professional recruitment process of Polish specialists within shipyard, offshore and construction industry- Administrative control over employees (employment contracts and other relevant documentation, documents’ flow to customers and government offices in Norway)- Supervising and evaluating the company’s employees at projects in Norway- Maintaining contacts with the company’s clients- Organizing and leading trainings for the company’s workers- Preparing marketing and sales materials

Main duties:- Responsibility for HSE-issues at Adecco offices in Norway- Ensuring compliance of HSE-rules at Adecco’s building and industrial projects- Training Adecco workers (vocational, language and HSE-courses)- Preparing and leading courses for outside companies (e.g. Bergen Group or Frank Mohn)- Briefing workers on issues regarding HSE and working environment in Norway

Main duties:- Supervising and implementing safety and quality rules on the building site- Preparing documentation, reports and statistics regarding HSE-issues at the project- Leading internal safety rounds and representing employer at main contractor’s safety rounds- Instructing workers on safety issues- Performing risk assessments and safe work analyses at the building site- Acting as a contact person with NCC – the main contractor at the building site- Representing company at outside meetings related to QHSE- Dealing with emergency situations at the building site (e.g. injury cases) and leading accidents’ investigation- Documenting and reporting technical deviations under the building process- Operating “Synergi” – quality and risk management software

Main duties:- Assisting Norwegian clients during their visits in Poland (job interviews with candidates and practical examinations of candidates’ vocational skills)- Leading Norwegian, vocational and safety courses for workers from East European countries (Poland, the Baltic states, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria) - Developing training and marketing materials - presentations, documents, brochures for both internal (Adecco’s branch offices) and external clienst (as NCC or Tide)
