• Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software, network and security• Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers• Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem• Logging incidents and service requests, containing all necessary information,collected via phone and email,• Updating incidents logged on the both ITSM and Service Now and provide end users with atechnical solution within the Service Level Agreements,• Following-up on users chase calls; • Supporting applications and systems such as: ITSM Remedy, Active Directory, Cisco VPN, Citrix, SAP, Primus, SharePoint, Service Now, BPCS, SAP• Gathering useful fix information and cooperating with Knowledge Manager in order to improve the existing knowledge base along with creating new knowledge articles,• Co-operation with other IT Support Teams
