I enjoy working in an international environment. I love finding new creative ways to solve problems. Once when our driver couldn't locate the company we had no contact nor directions to help us. I ended up writing to people from the village, where the delivery was at, on Facebook asking about the company, called a local hotel and also asked a policeman about it. Unfortunately, nothing helped and I found the delivery location by accident when searching the maps - it was an olive orchard. When a conflict arises I always strive to find a peaceful solution, where both sides agree on a compromise. I work well when under pressure, but struggle a bitween there isn't much to do.
