My expertise spans all facets of hospitality management in addition to account management, eCommerce strategy, sales and marketing strategy, relationship building, and customer service.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree as well as certifications in leadership and communication; and I keep my thumb on the pulse of new trends, tools, and technologies. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of serving in multiple key capacities, including (but not limited to) Co-Founder & Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Restaurant General Manager. Inherently people-driven, I am well adept at building rapport with people from all walks of life while serving as a primary contact for customer relations. I am also well adept at leading and motivating high-performing teams while supplying ongoing mentorship and guidance.My track record of achievement includes facilitating robust year-over-year growth at Aspire Leeds, Giorgio’s Ristorante Italiano and Dapur Malaysia Restaurant. In 2010, my wife and I teamed up to co-launch the innovative start-up Airbag Emulators Limited. Later, we reduced our environmental footprint by introducing sustainable packaging to slash carbon emissions and plastic waste. Originally from Poland, I grew up by the Baltics sea, and I later fell in love with the north. As a culinary enthusiast, I enjoy trying to food, wine, and craft beer.
