Independent consultant for Cuban and Venezuelan programs: Provided regular consultation and assistance on Cuban and Venezuelan programs strategy for non-government organizations (i.e. Lech Walesa Institute, International Relief Development): organized different workshops and trainings for the representatives of the Cuban and Venezuelan civil society.Start-up development consultant: Served as a primary leadership force for developing and redesigning the Polish start-up company named “Project Life” (offering coaching and personal development for B2B sector and individuals based on mindfulness, positive psychology and neuroscience): drafted, planned and implemented business strategy, business plan and program content.Translator and freelance tourist guide: Performed simultaneous and consecutive translations and interpreting (Spanish-Polish, English Spanish) for different business and non-profit clients. Cooperated as freelance tourist guide with different travel agencies organizing and guiding tailored trips to South East Asia and Latin America.

Led the Political and Economic Section of the Embassy, analysing and reporting on political and economic developments in Venezuela and 9 countries of additional accreditation from Caribbean (Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Surinam, St.Kitts and Nevis, St.Vincent and Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago). Oversaw the Polish Aid Program (Polish official development assistance to third countries): researched and identified potential program partners, managed projects budgets, performed program monitoring and final evaluations on site. Analyzed economic trends and trade polices, providing counsel on Venezuelan economic market and trade for Polish companies. Supervised and managed the daily workflow of Political and Economic Section, drafted annual work plans, reports, evaluations and country strategies. Monitored human rights and democracy situation in Venezuela bringing support for Venezuelan civil society. Acted as a Deputy Head of Mission in periods of the Ambassador’s absence.

Coordinated and managed democracy and civil society building projects in Latin America/Cuba. Developed the program strategy and assisted with the implementation of overall strategy and vision for country projects. Managed and supported all programatic aspects including work plan development, identifying consultants, sub-grantees and fundraising opportunities. Drafted and revised comprehensive proposals for funding. Organized trainings and other activities, undertaking monitoring and evaluation of the projects and programs on site. Coordinated and supervised international counterparts' activities related to human rights' advocacy in the EU countries. Supervised and designed program's audio-video content and editorial productions.

Managed and implemented Greenpeace Poland campaigns against toxic chemicals and environmental pollution. Performed political lobbying and advocacy actions for the environmental protection against toxic substances (related to the EU regulation addressing the production and use of chemical substances - REACH) on the national and the EU level. Assisted in designing the short and long-term development strategy for Greenpeace Poland. Supported the development of the in-country networks of environmental defenders and activists, NGOs, experts, and local partners. Designed trainings and presentations for Greenpeace volunteers and activists.

Managed administration and financial issues (inlc. planning mission’s annual budget, keeping the accounts, evaluating and controlling expenditures, preparing financial reports, providing logistical support and supplies). Led consular section at the embassy: provided consular services to Polish citizens and visa services for Cuban citizens, managed consular relations between Poland and Cuba, integrated Polish community in the island through organizing regular meetings, cultural events, Polish language classes. Promoted and contributed to the growth of Polish economic exchange and trade with Cuba (i.e. identified areas of interests and opportunities for Polish companies, organized Polish stands on Cuban trade fairs, analysed the economic situation in Cuba). Collected and analysed information od human rights situation in Cuba, drafted regular reports and briefings for Polish MFA.
