- Development and implementation of the Customer Operations’ global business strategy based on the coaching approach. o Identification of training and development needs within the scope of coaching programs for various business lines in collaboration with managers. o Resulted in people leaders trained and prepared to perform coaching to their own teams (98% of all stakeholders, four out of four Business Units) and increased recognition of Coaching in a large business Operation Center and Customer Operations wide. - Design of the Faculty-wide Learning and Development Program, overseeing compliance and implementation.- Dean’s support in strategic planning of learning and development policy,- Dean’s support in the proper execution of L&D projects realized within the Faculty, according to formal guidelines and good PM practices (PMI, PRINCE 2), monitoring of goals, and program deliverables.- Cooperation with back-office parties – Dean’s Office and UG Central Administration (finance, accounting, payroll, legal).- Management of information and external relations with stakeholders from business, government, and local administration as well as international partners.- Talent management for faculty students.
