I have been with the Infrastructure and Energy Practice of the largest Polish law firm for over 24 years. I manage the construction contracts and infrastructure investments team involved in the largest infrastructure projects conducted in Poland in the energy, roads and utilities and buildings sectors. I work for clients from both the public sector (mainly investors) and the private sector (construction and design companies) at the time when the project contracts are concluded and performed and financial settlements thereunder are made, and also during litigation and arbitration over performance.I advised upon negotiation and execution of the most important PPP and concession agreements concluded in Poland over the past few years.I have also managed a number of M&A transactions, restructuring processes and corporate disputes.
