a) Defining technology direction & IT strategy for the GPEC Group and managing innovation and transformation from traditional forms of IT support to new service delivery models b) Building engagement and feedback awareness in organisation - high response rate for IT services evaluation (from 14% to 49% during 4 months) with very high level of positive customer satisfaction (Q1-2016: average 93%) c) IT internal processes improvements allowed to increase of first contact resolution rate (1% -> 25% during 2 months) and decrease of reopened & returning requests (by 50% during 3 months)d) Financial control deployment across the whole group & delivery of realistic management information thanks to BI system implementatione) Maintain register of all downtimes and issues so as to measure vendor performance against committed service level agreements f) For the period Jan - Sept 2014, played the role of Head of Investment (acting director), during which building heating system between Gdańsk and Sopot and supervision of investments of the Group
