Leading the team of 3 planners responsible for the long term production and supply planning of candy products from the factory in Sheffield (UK) - main brands are: Maynard Bassetts, Trebor and SPK. Key market is UK&I but limited volume goes also to the DCs across all Northern and Central Europe. Biggest focus is on the Service level at the DCs (sales orders fulfillment rate) and on the Inventory level across the network (measured in both - volume and days of cover). The range of responsibilities include also : - Full raw/pack/wip management (including indirect procurement process and cooperation with suppliers), - Managing external production (co-pack/co-man) for UK Candy Business, - long term capacity management, - Driving continuous improvement agenda both for the plant and for the Candy platform, - Participating in the S&OP process. Being most senior team member within whole Candy category I also act as a competence lead, support and coach for the rest of the Candy planning platform (14 people).

Responsible for the long term production and supply of the Jelly candies from the Production plant in Valladolid (Spain) to the UK, Iberia (ES & PT), France and other smaller markets across Europe and north Africa. Role include also full pack materials management including cooperation with pack-mats suppliers and with Product Change team in case of changes in design. Planning of Finished Goods SKUs according to VMI and make to stock planning strategies (except seasonal and promo skus where make-to-order approach usually applied). Role required also to design and implement extensive upgrade of the APO SNP planning model used at the MU, in order to:- improve planning process and deliver better results from optimizer based planning- enable respecting capacity bottlenecks on the earlier stages of production process (cooking, coating, wrapping) when planning finished goods packing. - enable respecting product families MoQ and limited number of recipes per week when planning FG SKUs.

My task was to lead the successful customization and implementation of APO SNP along with the relevant process changes, in the several Central European locations: Czech & Slovakia DC, Lithuania DC, East Adriatic Markets (3 DCs - Serbia, Croatia & Slovenia) as well as 2 MUs (producing bisquits) located in Poland.The project goal was to replace and harmonize the global supply chain planning tools and processes within the Central Europe Region. We were rolling out the model that was designed, tested and implemented already in the Western and Northern European locations. My key activities on the position:• Lead team of external SAP contractors and local Key Users implementing the APO SNP planning model and Mondelez Product Supply Processes for the locations in scope• Customize the implemented processes, tools and solutions to best facilitate the business adaptation to the Core Model.• Initiate and validate data collection for building the SNP-network. • Manage test preparation and conduct testing cycles with key users in the locations in scope• Prepare training material, lead central key user training.• Provide knowledge, expertise and general support to the local teams throughout the implementation

My key responsibility was to secure chewing gums supply (Trident, Stimorol, Hollywood, Trebor & V6 brands) to customer locations across European region on the requested level while keeping stock excess level in customers distribution centers’ as low as possible (VMI model for supplied products with make-to-stock supply strategy). Key customer markets: France, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Iberia, Greece, UKThat require following activities:- mid & long term production and supply planning based on the net requirement data received from Business Units.- Weekly demand data and forecast evolution analysis.- Coordinating weekly production and delivery plans with Manufacturing Unit and factory CS&L team. - Supporting the Manufacturing Unit in short term production scheduling process - Cooperation with Business Development /Product Change teams in introducing changes in portfolio - APO/SAP Master Data maintenance (PDS, Prod-Loc, Resource, TL, Prod.Version, Info Record, BOM, MR, MM etc.)- Managing databases of logistic and material planning parameters in Excel, SAP BI & APO- KPI (Service Level, Inventory Level, Production Compliance to Schedule) delivery reporting using SAP BWFields of expertise as APO Key User:Prod-Loc Master data, SNP (Heuristic & Optimizer based planning), PDS, TL, Supply and Production Resources data.
