- Zapewnienie wsparcia administracyjnego kierownikom projektów i liderom zespołów;- Utrzymywanie i aktualizowanie danych dotyczących statusów projektów;- Zapewnienie wsparcia ad hoc w całym departamencie IT;- Analiza danych dot. realizacji procesów IT m.in. procesu zarządzania budżetem IT;- Tworzenie prezentacji, raportów i innych dokumentów zarówno na potrzeby wewnętrzne IT, jak i zewnętrzne ( komunikacja z biznesem);- Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości przygotowywanych dokumentów (wyników analiz, raportów);- Współpraca w środowisku międzynarodowym z działami odpowiedzialnymi za dostarczanie danych finansowych w projektach (księgowość, controlling).
