Already during my studies, I provided programming services in web technologies.Since 2008, I have been working in technology companies, both in Software House and in innovative Startups and for international corporations in managerial positions, where, through effective management, I connect technology with business in order to ensure the achievement of project goals that meet specific quality requirements.I am present at virtually every stage of implemented projects, from the planning process, then setting standards and rules, developing clear and achievable project goals, defining project requirements, managing time, costs, scope and quality. On a daily basis, I define and implement business requirements, manage the flow of information between clients and implementation teams with whom I work closely, and I am a link between external and internal project stakeholders. I negotiate contracts and their terms, make arrangements with suppliers and subcontractors. I conduct presentations and trainings related to implemented projects.I co-create and manage technological projects, mostly in teams of 4-50 people, at the same time performing functions related to: planning, organizing, motivating, monitoring, resolving project conflicts. I make decisions related to the implementation of projects, I take care of carrying out implementations in accordance with agreed schedules, project budgets and their goals, while not resigning from direct participation in key project phases.I am responsible for encouraging teams to work and setting directions for action, I inspire teams by strengthening the belief in the value of implemented projects. I am responsible for obtaining the budget and resources for the project, I control my resources, I manage project risk.
