The natural step for me was towards leadership roles. I started as a Project Manager, then becoming a global multi-team Engineering Manager. I was also helping tech companies as an Executive Agile Coach advising organizations on the C-Level. After gaining these experiences, I started managing the Polish tech hub of 500+ engineers and became General Manager of Grand Parade Poland.
