I have been in the insurance industry since 1996. From the very beginning I was affiliated with the PZU – the largest insurance group in Poland and also CEE. Initially I dealt with internal control and insurance fraud combating. Since 2002 I worked in a claims handling division including position of the head of Claims Handling Center. I was involved in several projects mainly related to motor claims costs optimization.Over the period 2007-2011 I gained experience in Ukrainian market. As a Member of the Management Board of PZU Ukraine I was responsible for claims handling and products management.From 2011 to 2016 as a Member of the Management Board I was supervising claims handling and assistance services in PZU SA (non-life insurace) and PZU Życie SA (life insurance).In 2016 I held a position of CEO of LINK4 TU SA – part of PZU Group and the leader of direct insurance market in Poland. Later, I was associated, among others, with Ergo Hestia, and then for over 3 years I managed ControlExpert Polska, a company that provides services and technologies supporting the claims handling process. In 2022, I returned to the insurance industry.
