My background consists of a strong automotive portfolio gathered while working for Lexus UK and Toyota Motor Poland. I transformed reporting, worked on CEM and Lead Management as well as carried out two full projects for aftersales pricing, and test-drive improvement. Furthermore, I have specialised in Data Analysis and Visualisation. I'm well acquainted with PowerBi and Tableau in which I am a Certified Associate Consultant. In my current role I am responsbile for implementing Salesforce across the Polish JLR dealer network. I manage projects, stakeholder communication, coaching and problem resolution. At work I strive to combine traditional values such as honesty, integrity and relentlessness, with contemporary ones such as innovation, openness and creative problem solving.
