• Provide dedicated on-site and remote support among a team of 6 analysts within the UK Head Office to Corporate McDonald’s users (600+), up to and including the upper Executive level, while consistently performing highly within strict company SLAs.• Successfully trained a number of new support analysts to a high standard after volunteering in order to ensure that short staff backfill deadlines were met.• Support of LAN and WLAN architecture throughout the Head Office, 4 regional offices, 6 Ronald McDonald House Charity buildings and a number of smaller corporate sites (accommodation etc).• Initiated an unprompted, voluntary full audit of the heavily saturated McDonald’s Head office telephony system – freed up a substantial number of telephone lines to sustain a large number of new users going into the future and preventing a large cost expenditure for an external audit to take place.• Managed a number of projects including but not limited to - hardware overhauls, widespread OS upgrades, large office moves.• Liaising with and assisting other international based support desks found in the US, Croatia and India in order to better understand issues encountered by UK employees on Global-hosted systems.• Deployment of software packages to customer’s machines using Microsoft System Centre remote connection software.• Closed the highest number of support calls within the Service Desk for 2014, averaging 250 per month with high customer satisfaction reported to the desk manager.
