I have maintained consistent part-time employment since I completed my GCSE's having no issue holding down employment for years at a time before I decided to move on to my next opportunity. I attended Bingley Grammar School, where I achieved the Everard-Astley Kaye award for attaining 16 or more GCSE or equivalent qualifications. From there, I pursued my passion for sport and joined Craven College Football Academy, achieving a Distinction Star, Distinction, Merit in my Extended Level 3 Diploma. This was enough to secure me an unconditional offer from Leeds Beckett University to study Sports Science, unfortunately during my first year of study I sustained an injury which prevented my participation in competitive sports and I decided to change direction and utilise my ability to work with people. I followed my interest in politics, and began to study Sociology. Having achieved a 2:1 Upper Second Class Honours (September 2020), this is something I am incredibly proud of.Having worked with people and in a team, I have vast customer service experience and have usually worked in the retail sector until recently. I pride myself in my communication skills, problem solving abilities, and my eagerness to excel in learning to master the field I am working in.
