I stepped in to the fill the void that opened in the product development area, specifically filling the roles of a Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst. Quality Assurance ManagerSanovia Corporation Jul 2011 - May 2013UsWorking as a Principal Consultant for Magnan Technologies LLC:When first arriving in this position, I was tasked with helping Sanovia resolve some software instability and quality issues. Upon investigation I found this was due to their quality assurance process not being up to industry standards. I went on to develop and implement a strategy that comprised of three forms of testing (Functional, Scenario, and Smoke) and dedicated testing environments (Development, QA, UAT). The number of test cases was then increased from approximately 300, to over 30,000. I created and managed a team of three Quality Assurance Analysts that helped create, update and run the test cases. This resulted in a return to stability and satisfied customers. -

Once the format was agreed to, I created a project plan that allowed for all the requirements to be collected and reviewed, on schedule so there would be no delay to the start of the development process. Pmo AnalystMass Health Oct 2010 - May 2011Working as a Principal Consultant for Magnan Technologies LLC:I took over as the fourth PMO Analyst on a struggling project for the State of Massachusetts' "Mass Health Medication Auto Adjudication system rewrite. My first task was assisting the Project Manager with restructuring the project into releases, redesigning the project methodologies and deliverables, and restructuring the project team. Once this work was complete I managed Business Analysts, Subject Matter Expects, and Quality Assurance teams to the plan. I enabled these team members to have a sense of accountability for missing dates, which was previously lacking. Together with the Project manager, we were able to get the project back on schedule, and delivered the first release according to scope, time, and budget.
