After being in financial industry for 13 years, I was learning all I could about managing porfolios, building longtime relations with clients and creating sales teams. At that time I did not monetized my experience and knowledge, so I start with different aproach. I build my first startup in 2012 and failed, helped in other business and failed again...well there was a lot of failing. :-). And as my favorite quote goes:“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”So, the failure was my greatest teacher and as I failed, I learn. I took that seriously.In 2014 I helped created a brand Do Avta, which is still today a credible brand that helps people buy a quality imported vehicle. www.doavta.si. I was involed in development of the company until Covid times.In 2015, with the help of Uroš Nastran, we created MyTeam Motocross. Teaching more than 1000 kids, how to ride a dirtbike, was an exhilarating experience and growing industry, thanks to huge success of Tim Gajser. With this, I also laid the foundations for my sons' sports career. To this day, I still believe that sport is the best teacher.In 2019 I joined young and motivated team in 10DX Group Ltd. My key areas were brand development, teaching employees about sales and communication. From start untill 2023, the company generated over 15 mio € in online sales with our 22 shops in 9 EU countries. But...with macroeconomic changes and too slow adaptation to the market circumstances, the company went bust and with that also my big investment. SH*it...From 2020 I was also visiting mentor and lecturer in Katapult, a business accelerator, founded by Dewesoft and it's founder dr. Jure Knez.After the disastrous year of 2023, when I lost my main source of income, and at the same time my family was struck by death and illness, I had to gather all my energy and knowledge and create a new business from the scratch.By upgrading MyTeam Motocross, together with my partner Bale Roman, I founded the first brand in the field of Adventure Enduro motorcycling in Slovenia. ADV Spirit was born, with which we conduct training, trips, events and education for adventure motorcycle owners in Slovenia and abroad.So in 1 year of "pause", I upgraded my knowledge in the field of digital marketing, sales, brand development, business digitalization and everything related to it."Perseverance is shown by how many times you are willing to get up after you fall."
