Mastery of technical knowledge in the healthcare area as well as in the management area allows me a broad view both in the operational scope as in the coordination of teams, project creation or implementation of improvements in health services. Beyond my technical skills, my passion is in innovation. When I lead an innovative project I get the inspiration to use my full potential. Professional leadership experiences (as president of a clinical laboratory) at critical times have shown me that I'm able to make quick and assertive decisions, being rational and critical of the situation. Currently, my focus is on studying and certifying agile methodologies in the development of projects such as Scrum, Design Thinking and Growth Design. I'm also developing my skills in distributed team management. I am a certified Sprint Design facilitator and distributed teams manager.
